For those interested in applying for deanships, I highly recommend the job. I look forward to coming to work everyday.
That being said, don't apply if you think that being a dean in 2012 and beyond will be business as usual. Fortunately, the challenges we face are also opportunities to make changes in legal education we should have made years ago. Good luck to each of you in the hunt, and best wishes to the schools involved in searches.
