Does Joe Biden have any writings out there that we know he didn't plagiarize?

Alfred Brophy

Very funny. I looked up Biden's law review publication record and found, among others, "Public Financing of Elections: Legislative Proposals and Constitutional Questions," 69 Northwestern University Law Review 1-70 (1975). And -- because it's of local interest -- I'd add, "Shared Power under the Constitution: The Independent Counsel," 65 North Carolina Law Review 881-888 (1987).
