I have recently learned that Jason Mazzone -- the Gerald Baylin professor at Brooklyn Law School (and blogger at Balkinization -- and perhaps most importantly reigning champion of trivia here at the faculty lounge blog) -- is moving to the University of Illinois. Jason works across a broad spectrum from intellectual property to legal history. I've been a fan for a decade or so now of his work on early national constitutional thought, including "The Creation of a Constitutional Culture."
Among Jason's many works are the Copyfraud and Other Abuses of Intellectual Property (Stanford University Press, 2011) and "When the Supreme Court is Not Supreme" in the Northwestern University Law Review last year.
Congratulations to everyone!
