St. Louis University Law Professor Eric J. Miller sent along the photo at right of Logic Lane in Oxford. There's apparently an easement in gross on it for public access during the day.

Thanks to Eric and Al for bringing up fond memories of my old college! For bonus points, why is it named Logic Lane?

I don't know the story, Patrick -- I'll leave that to Eric and you and other Oxford-ites to tell. I should also mention that I'm always looking for property law related pictures (and especially monuments).
