The building is Monumental Church. It is located in Richmond, Virginia, next to the Egyptian Building. It is a memorial to the 72 individuals who died on that site in the Richmond Theater Fire of December 26, 1811.

The Monumental Church is in the same block as yesterday's trivia question, the Egyptian Building. If you look at the right of the church building, you can even see a little piece of the Egyptian building.

Virginia's 1788 Ratifying Convention also took place on this site.
