As someone who has taught Art Law for 10+ years, I find this very interesting. There are many related issues to consider, particularly for works displayed by artists who are still living. I am curious about the impact of the Visual Artists Rights Act (which is found in the Copyright Code), duty of care (if any), and how the apparent lack of "content neutrality" meshes with public funding. Thanks for the great post.
