Florida International University College of Law seeks applicants for lateral and entry-level appointments for tenure-track faculty positions beginning in the 2012-13 academic year. Particular areas of curricular interest include first-year courses in Contracts and Property, as well as upper-level courses in Bankruptcy, Sales and Commercial Law, Environmental Law, and Trusts and Estates.
Lateral candidates should show a demonstrated record of scholarly achievement and teaching excellence. Entry-level candidates should show significant potential for future development as scholars and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
