CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for tenure-track faculty positions beginning July 2012 in a wide variety of subject areas. We have particular needs in the areas of business, commercial law, bankruptcy, private international law, and professional responsibility. In addition, the Law School seeks to fill a tenure-track position in its Health Law Clinic. Highly qualified candidates with other areas of expertise will also be considered.
