Anyone who wants to write the article (or teach the class) is welcome to the title. It's not my area of expertise (ahem), but then again, I do teach Federal Income Tax (deductible?). Imagine the placement opportunities...the SSRN downloads!
In any case, the arts and sciences folks have made the initial foray onto this particular intellectual ground with Thorsten Botz-Bornstein's new edited volume, The Philosophy of Viagra: Bioethical Responses to the Viagrification of the Modern World, published by the Rodopi publishing house in the Netherlands. On the law side, I can imagine that there might lots of angles -- big pharma; IP; gender; Elder Law; health care!
The Chronicle has a nice review of the Botz-Bornstein book here. My favorite line from the review is, "If this book stays in your mind for more than four hours, consult your partner."
Viagra laws vary from state to state. Adherence to these laws is a must.

I've read somewhere that there are also some herbal supplements for those with ED. I think that it's much better rather than taking Viagra.
