Now that my own school has finished up its dean search, I'm wondering about the remaining dean searches for this year and what's going on with them. The schools that spring to mind as potentially not having yet completed dean searches are Brooklyn (which is down to one candidate now), Fordham, and Colorado. Are there others and does anyone have updated info on these searches?
Texas Tech? Last June, the law school named Professor Susan Fortney as interim dean ( http://today.ttu.edu/2010/06/texas-tech-officials-announce-interim-dean-of-law-school/ ). That's the last update I've seen.

Although Washington & Lee is included in the list of 2010-11 dean searches, we have actually just begun our search. Our interim dean will be serving until the end of the 2011-12 academic year. Interested candidates can apply by e-mail to our search firm. Contact Tim McFeely and Gail Gregory of Isaacson Miller at [email protected].

I had heard that Albany was going to start its search again next year. Is that correct? Can anyone shed any light on that one?
