Back in January, a Toronto police office - speaking to students at Toronto's Osgoode Hall Law School - suggested that one way for women to avoid sexual assault was to "not dress like sluts." Naturally, and appropriately, this comment generated much anger - and an apology from the officer. But in the great tradition of reappropriating language, activists in Toronto have now organized SlutWalk Toronto for April 3.
