From our friends at intrade, the latest predictions from those who put their money where their mouths (or heads? or hearts?) are. So far General Kagan is running ahead, followed by Judge Garland, with Judge Wood very close behind him. Former Justice Leah Sears is there, too, followed closely by Professor Karlan. Dean Minow, former dean Sullivan, and Sunstein are also on the list.
While I'm sticking my head up from work for this rare post, I might add that I don't think we can make much out of Justice Sears' attitudes towards gay marriage from her extra-judicial writing, like her introduction to the Emory Law Journal's symposium on law, religion, and the family.
At first I thought you were being snarky with your reference to Justice Sears' article, but after reading the whole thing, I agree completely. That article does not, although it might seem to, express an opinion about gay marriage.

I was being completely serious. The article's well wroth a read and I haven't seen other people talking about it, which is why I mentioned it.
The intrades link is fun; probably not enough volume there to make much of it, though.
