When we opened the Charleston School of Law in 2004, Gordon Russell (who has moved on to establish Lincoln Memorial’s Law Library http://works.bepress.com/gordon_russell/ ) was the Founding Associate Dean for Library and Technology. Early in our working relationship, Gordon and I started what became an almost daily ritual of running together on the Cooper River Bridge here in Charleston. One day on top of the bridge Gordon asked “do you blog?” It was the first time I had ever heard the word “blog,” and I have to admit I was a little scared to be on top of the bridge with him, not knowing what it was he wanted me to do. Today I can honestly answer Gordon, “yes, I blog.”
I am really excited to be a guest on the Faculty Lounge. Thank you for having me!
WARNING: Blogging is addictive!
