Apparently He Did Not Catch the Last Train for the Coast.

Even though I left the faculty of the University of Wyoming College of Law twelve years ago, I still read the Casper Star-Tribune pretty frequently.  You can take the boy out of Wyoming, but you can't take the Wyoming out of the boy, I guess.

Anyway, from time to time I find a priceless story in the Star, and this is one of them.
