Borrowing the title of this post from Stephen Carter .... Over at propertyprof, Tanya Marsh has some thoughts on the hiring process. She's moving from IU-Indianapolis, where she's been teaching legal writing for the last few years, to Wake Forest, where she'll be teaching property. Tanya reflects on the hiring process. Among the take-aways, Tanya writes that "nobody really knows the secret to success and, in fact, the process is so individualized to particular hiring committees in a particular year at a particular school, that there likely is no secret." Tanya's thoughts will be of particular interest to people going on the market.
