Houston law professor David Dow (pictured), the founder of the Texas Innocence Network, has authored The Autobiography of an Execution, being published this month.
From the website description:
As a lawyer, David R. Dow has represented over 100
death row cases. Many of his clients have died. Most were guilty. Some
might have been innocent. The Autobiography of an Execution is his deeply personal story about justice, death penalty, and a lawyer’s life.
From a review that appeared in yesterday's local newspaper:
Professor Dow discusses his latest book in this YouTube video. And GQ.com offers a look at the first twenty pages of the book here.
thanks for the write-up, tim. i think death penalty supporters might be surprised by how much of my book they agree with.
in any case, the book has a fan page on facebook, which i hope some of your loyal readers might check out.

Write an autobiography of one's life story with the help of http://www.lifebio.com. Doing this, affords older adults the opportunity to share their wisdom, memories and stories with their children and grandchildren. These stories often prompt other family members to recall their similar memories. No time like the present, to recall the past...
