I’ve been remiss in not finding time yet to blog about Flynn v. Holder, the suit filed by the Institute for Justice challenging NOTA’s prohibition against compensated bone marrow donation. Luckily, Jeff Rowes has now saved me the trouble with a series of excellent posts over at the Volokh Conspiracy. Two are up so far, here and here.
Al Roth also has a post on the topic.
I hope to have more to say on this very important development as the suit goes forward.
