As an unabashed fan of the much-maligned Florida State (my dad's alma mater), I take great vicarious pleasure from the fact that Rolle is a 'Nole.

What a wonderful, inspirational story. It reminded me of another remarkable individual a bit closer in age to me and whom I've long admired, namely, The Honorable Alan C. Page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Page
To this day I marvel at the fact that "[w]hile playing professional football full-time, Page attended the University of Minnesota Law School, from which he received his Juris Doctor in 1978."
