First Female Hispanic Named To High Court

No, this is not an archived post about Sonia Sotomayor.

It's a post about Houston appellate judge Eva Guzman, who today was named by Governor Rick Perry to the Texas Supreme Court.  Judge Guzman (a South Texas alum) becomes the first female Hispanic judge in the Court's history.
