From Reincarnation Bank’s Website:
Scriptures throughout the ages predict man's reincarnation and rebirth. During the transition period to your next life, 2i Limited is offering safe keeping for any asset you wish to deposit.
There are people who say they can remember their past lives and use that knowledge to help them with their current existence. Some people say they remember without any effort on their part as they simply see previous times. If you leave nothing purposely behind when you die, then what is there here for you when you return?
Begin by believing and just do it. The great end of life is not just knowledge but action so act now and save for your reincarnation.

Yet one who believes in reincarnation or rebirth (I prefer the former term for Hindus and the latter for Buddhists for reasons I'll leave aside here) should be more concerned with cultivating good karma and the proper mental dispositional qualities for the next life rather than attemtping to "take it [i.e., material goods] with you." For the Hindu, this means yogas (bhakti, karma, and jnana, or, Patanjali's yoga praxis) or margas (spiritual paths) that help, among other things (e.g., observance of dharma and other virtues) bring about the attitude of what is termed in the Bhagavad Gita, non-attachment (not too far from the Greek sophrosyne). For Buddhists, this means endeavoring to overcome troublesome species of desire and ignorance in conjunction with, among other things (e.g., the practice of various virtues), the cultivation of wisdom and compassion.
In any case, there are very few individuals who are thought to truly know their "past lives" (i.e., the karmic causal series which in part constitutes them; even fewer still with knowledge of lives to come: which would be the more relevant knowledge in this instance) and among those who have such "knowledge" one doubts there would be any concern with capital saving or accumulation of this sort.

My thoughts exactly, Patrick. Reincarnation Bank's website helpfully offers to assist in "regression." They also claim to respond to any inquiries within 48 hours. I think you should send them this -- and post here with the reply, obviously.

Kim,
I did forward my comment a couple of days ago and have yet to hear from them.

Then our "investigation" has already revealed one of their claims to be false. . .
