Welcome Eric Chiapinelli To The Lounge

We're very pleased to welcome Dean Eric Chiapinelli, from Creighton University School of Law, as a guest blogger here at the Faculty Lounge.  Eric received his BA from Claremont McKenna and his JD from Columbia University.  Prior to becoming dean at Creighton, he was a professor and associate dean at Seattle University School of Law.  When he's not off running a law school, he writes in the areas of  corporate law and legal history.  He publishes a casebook on Business Entitities with Aspen and is a member of the American Law Institute.  He's also an astute student of the legal academy.  Welcome to the Lounge!
