A Question About Snow in Boston

Do people at Harvard University Press really listen to Black Sabbath to pass the time while it's snowing?!  (And you thought, based on the title, I was going to ask about why those who shovel out a parking space are entitled to keep it, didn't you?  As to the latter question, both norms and Locke support the right.  Norms, of course, are the most important here.)
