Crim Pro? The Fourth Amendment is on life support, except for maybe Michael Cohen, Rudy Giuliani and that good guy with a gun. Got to return those high powered weapons to the father of the Waffle House shooter.

There is no end to it. Nearly every post is followed immediately by a comment that amounts to an off-topic, repulsive attempt at humor by one person. Yet, some regular bloggers seem to "appreciate" this person's efforts: efforts that appear to be designed and calculated to destroy the commenting on this site by reducing the process to the delivery of vile, hate filled baiting for no other purpose it appears, than to stir up, hurt and attack (the very definition of "trolling").

The last sentence of the post above, by any objective standard, would violate a number of reasonable standards, were there any on this web site.

Is someone with posting privileges on this site encouraging this person?

anon^^^I am sorry if I hurt you. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Second Amendment (especially how the activist legislating from the Bench Supreme Court interpreted it). There, all better now?

Anon, some of us are here for the comments.

"Got to return those high powered weapons to the father of the Waffle House shooter."

Imagine if one of your loved ones was killed in that or any other like incident. Think about what sort of mind would produce that statement.

And, in a comment about what? A job posting?

Trolling doesn't begin to capture it, and, as stated above, if there is a "DJT" apparently that person, and those who operate this site, are supporting the incessant trolling by this person in the comment section.

You are here for that?

^^^In fact, the local Sheriff and the FBI returned several high powered weapons to the father of the Waffle House shooter after he was caught trespassing at the White House. They really didn't have "jurisdiction" ie the law on their side to permanently C & D the weapons. The shooter's FOID card was revoked and the father had a valid FOID card. The father gave the guns back to his son.

Serious question: are you now pretending that your comments are serious?

"The Fourth Amendment is on life support, except for maybe Michael Cohen, Rudy Giuliani and that good guy with a gun."

In response to a job posting?

This is just inane trolling. The comment, as usual, resembles a person mumbling to himself while shuffling down the street.

No one needs to pepper nearly every post on this site with a sort of pathetic, off-topic, offensive comment. Apparently you, and perhaps a few others, find hilarious these off-topic, usually political, droll, tedious and sometimes seemingly deluded comments.

Again, it seems this determination to undermine this site must be motivated by and the product of something more than just a bored, pathetic persona.

I am no legal scholar like Michel Cohen, but I am aware of a case that holds that even if the copper gets the law wrong, the evidence or fruits still come in. The upshot is two fold: The Fourth Amendment is practically dead and cops don't have to know the law, yet all citizens, even ones less than the STABLE Genius are required to know it...Ignorance of the law is ok for coppers, not for civilians.
