Citizens arrest for teaching law without a law license?

Weird all around. Cowen's appointment is in the econ department, not the law school, though he could have a joint or courtesy appointment, I suppose.

Nonetheless, it is still intriguing that he is teaching law and literature.

I don't think it's the law part that is intriguing. He obviously has something to say on law and economics. It's the literature part. Who knew?
